Jim puts over 30 years of
woodworking experience into each and every lure. All of Jim's lures are made from fine hard woods and
are turned by Jim on a lathe. After shaping the raw wood into its basic lure shape, Jim hand paints each lure
 individually using an airbrush.  Each lure is also hand dipped in lacquer until the perfect, beautiful finish is attained.

Jim's lures are perfectly suitable for use in fresh or saltwater. Custom lures have been made for numerous sections of the country for Saltwater Stripers, Musky, Pike, etc. at no additional charge. Jim,

I had a great Canadian trip this year. This is the honest truth I caught more fish than in previous trips. Too many to count, all small mouth and pike. Live bait didn't work as well as artificial this year. We had incredible luck with pumpkin seed tube baits and plastic crawdads. Traditional silver and black Rapalas worked well too, and .... You are going to love this; I probably caught 30 small mouth on one of your jerk/torpedo baits. I need to drop the lure off at your house and have you make 5 copies. I need 4 as gifts for each person who was in Canada with me and 1 for myself as a back up in case I loose the one I have.
